The art of playing your cards right.

HIGHJACK

Rules

You choose 13 cards, one of each rank, in order from two to ace. You then split them across 5 courts worth 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 points respectively. Each court can only hold cards of the same suit. Your submission is matched against every other submission. In each matchup, the higher card total wins that court’s points. Ties are decided by the trump suit. Your score is the average points you earn across all matchups.

When court totals tie, trump suits decide how the points are awarded. Matching suits both lose and earn no points. Neutral pairs split the points equally. For other pairings, the diagram below shows the winning suit with an arrow pointing to the losing suit. Choose your strategy wisely. Best of luck!
